Senate Immigration Reform Bill Passes With Strong Majority

The United States Senate approved a landmark immigration bill Thursday afternoon after lawmakers in Washington voted 68-to-32 in favor of the Border Security, Economic Opportunity and Immigration Modernization Act of House Republicans do not appear to be feeling the heat to take up immigration reform, despite efforts to pressure the House to take up the bill that many House Republicans find unpalatable.From left, Sens.
